1.4 All ordered, booked items may only be withdrawn from the shop premises located at registered adress: Cesu street 32-3, Riga, Latvia, LV-1012

1.5 DNS Group SIA reserves the right, at any time, to unilaterally amend the conditions of use and make modifications to the offered www.royal-mmxxi.com e-shop service without any written communication to the service user.

2.4 Before conducting a purchase-sale transaction, the Service User affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the www.royal-mmxxi.com e-shop.
3. PRICES
3.1 The e-shop www.royal-mmxxi.com displays pricing in EUR, USD, GBP, and Cryptocurrency (Tether – USDT).

4. GOODS

4.2 If the product is out of stock or the order cannot be fulfilled, an employee from the www.royal-mmxxi.com e-store will contact you and offer a new delivery date, a comparable product of the same price and quality, or a refund of the money paid for the product. The money/cryptocurrency will be returned to you as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after your order is placed.

5. PURCHASE

6. WARRANTY AND RETURN OF NON-CONFORMING GOODS

6.2 DNS Group SIA accepts no responsibility for:
6.2.1 Product deterioration / degeneration as a result of your mistake;
6.2.2 faults resulting from inappropriate use of the Product;
6.2.3 ordinary maintenance of the item under regular usage conditions.
6.3 If you return a non-compliant item, the cash paid for the item will be returned to your selected bank account/ cryptocurrency wallet within 30 days of canceling your order and receiving a notice of withdrawal.
6.4 The Atomizer is not covered by the warranty.
6.5 The sales invoice and/or sales receipt serve as evidence of warranty for the product purchased.
